TRAVERSE 21, the annual festival celebrating all things corporate travel and expense tech, is returning for its third year this September 29th, 2021. And while we can not wait to meet again in person‒especially at the stunning Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, California‒we are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all attendees and staff.

For this reason, TripActions created guidelines and requirements to protect the health of all those involved. As COVID-19 and pertinent health & safety guidelines evolve, the following protocols will also continue to adapt and update.

All those planning to attend TRAVERSE ‘21 in person will be asked to adhere to the following health & safety guidelines:

COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement

There will be no exceptions. TripActions will be implementing a proof of vaccination system using CLEAR Health Pass to verify vaccinated status amongst those in attendance. Attendees will receive information on how to verify their vaccination status closer to the date of the event to allow a greater number of attendees to receive their vaccines.

Rapid Test Screening & Temperature Checks

In conjunction with vaccine certifications, Rapid PCR COVID testing will also be used to promote a safe gathering for attendees and staff. Temperature checks will also be available onsite. Anyone with a temperature above 100.4 F will not be permitted to attend.

Social Distancing

The Palace of Fine Arts has been configured to allow for social distancing and mindful mingling. Attendees of the event may notice increased physical signage markers, directional ground stickers, plexiglass partitions and extra space between activations, all for your safety.

Sanitation Stations

Yes—they will be plentiful and accessible. Use them thoroughly, and often!

Enhanced Cleaning

We will work with venue partners to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. For the health and safety of all our attendees, if attendees have any flu-like symptoms or symptoms related to COVID-19 within the last 2 weeks prior to the event, they will unfortunately not be allowed entry into TRAVERSE 21.

We ensure that all those that attend TRAVERSE 21 will not only be in a safe environment, but they’re guaranteed to have an incredible time, network with new and familiar peers, and learn key insights to supercharge their travel and spend management program through 2021 and 2022.
